Dylan Charles, owner of DC Design Concepts, is a visionary show designer at the forefront of the marching arts, renowned for his innovative concepts and captivating productions. With a rich tapestry of experience spanning various esteemed institutions, Dylan has left an indelible mark on the marching activity.
Drawing inspiration from his time at Freedom High School, Lake Howell High School, Newsome High School, Ocoee High School, Oviedo High School, Pearl High School, University High School, and Winter Park High School, Dylan has honed his craft to perfection. His creative genius has brought countless shows to life, earning acclaim and admiration from audiences and peers alike.
Dylan's artistic vision extends beyond traditional boundaries, as evidenced by his groundbreaking work with Infinity Percussion Independent World (PIW), Infinity II Percussion Independent World, and Infinity III Percussion Independent Open. As a show designer, Dylan has redefined excellence, pushing the envelope of artistic expression and pushing performers to new heights of achievement.
In addition to his contributions to the marching arts, Dylan has lent his talents to renowned entertainment venues such as the Orlando Magic, Universal Studios Orlando, and Walt Disney World. His ability to create immersive and unforgettable experiences transcends genres, leaving a lasting impression on all who have the privilege of witnessing his work.
DESIGN CONSULTANT
Richard Cravens has been working in the entertainment industry for 35 years as a Musician, Actor and Show Director. A career Highlight was working as a Blue Man for the world renowned Blue Man Group, performing their theatrical shows in New York, Chicago and Orlando.
He currently works as a Senior Show Director at Universal Orlando Resort, designing theme park shows and event experiences.
In the pageantry world he currently works as the Artistic Director for Infinity Percussion initially starting as a consultant with Infinity 1 in 2011 and then leading the design team starting Infinity 2 in 2013. He has been the Artistic Director for Infinity 1 since 2018. He has and continues to consult with many DCI, WGI and BOA finalist marching ensembles. Some of those ensembles include, The Cadets, Carolina Crown and The Boston Crusaders.
Richard specializes in a holistic design approach ensuring that every element both musically and visually comes together to create a show that is thought provoking and memorable.

BATTERY ARRANGER & DESIGN CONSULTANT
Mike Hansen, an accomplished musician from Orlando, Florida, has built an impressive career within music entertainment. Devoting himself full-time to both Universal Studios and Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, he brings passion and energy to audiences as an Actor/Musician for the percussion street show Beat Builders and world percussion group, Discovery Island Drummers. Additionally, Mike takes pride in his role as the director of Magic Beatz, the renowned NBA drumline for The Orlando Magic. Over the last 15 years he has also performed with esteemed percussion groups including SeaWorld Orlando’s Zancos!, The Groove Chefs, Disney Spring’s Society Funk Band, Disney’s Toy Band, Universal Orlando’s Superstar Parade, Hawkmoon’s UPBEAT, Eklectic Entertainment's Lumatron, Animal Kingdom’s Pandora Drum Circle Swotu Waya, and more.
Beyond performance career, Mike is an influential figure in the world of marching percussion. He plays a vital role as a Designer, Battery Caption Head, and Arranger for Infinity Percussion, a respected organization offering high-quality education to young aspiring musicians. Emphasizing the values of dedication, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, Infinity Percussion nurtures personal growth among its members. Each year, their unwavering commitment culminates at the renowned WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. Mike’s role in shaping the INFINITY and INFINITY 2, showcases his orchestrations, artistic vision, and unwavering passion. Through the years he has also served as a Caption Head, Arranger, Instructor, and Consultant for many Central and South Florida schools including: The University of Central Florida, Oviedo HS, Lake Howell HS, Winter Park High School, Seminole HS, and Sunlake HS. His dedication has been recognized by leading industry brands such as Vic Firth, Zildjian, TAMA, and REMO, who proudly endorse his musical endeavors.
Mike finds his greatest joy in the love and support of his family. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Lindsey, and a loving father to their daughter, Millie-Ann. Balancing his musical pursuits with the responsibilities of fatherhood, Mike’s commitment to his family is a testament to his character.

FRONT ENSEMBLE ARRANGER
Matt Albano, a percussion educator, composer, and arranger based in central Florida, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the marching arts community. With a dynamic background in independent marching, Matt's performance journey includes notable stints with Infinity Percussion (2013, 2016-2018) and the acclaimed Bluecoats drum and bugle corps (2014-2015).
Dedicated to the advancement of percussion education, Matt has held various influential roles within the marching activity, including front ensemble instructor, coordinator, and arranger. Notably, he boasts four years of invaluable experience on the education staff of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, alongside six years of service with Infinity Percussion.
In his role as Front Ensemble Coordinator and Co-Arranger for Infinity, Matt's passion for musical innovation and pedagogical excellence shines through. His commitment to nurturing talent and pushing artistic boundaries has left an indelible mark on the programs he serves.
With a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Matt continues to inspire and elevate the next generation of percussion performers and educators. His contributions to the marching arts community are a testament to his unwavering dedication and passion for the craft.
